You will need:
- Blank cards and envelopes
- Gold leaf adhesive glue
- Gold leaf (or other colors of metallic leaf)
- Gloss acrylic gel medium or polyurethane

1. Stencil chosen image on card with gel medium, using a small artist brush. Blot on separate paper so the brush is almost dry
2. Allow the glossy, transparent image to dry.
3. Stencil the image again in a slightly different position, this time using the gold leaf adhesive.
4. Apply gold leaf according to the gold leaf adhesive directions
