for your design needs. All of our stencils are laser-cut on 5
mil Mylar unless another type has been specified. All relief stencils
are laser-cut on 10 mil Mylar. All stencils are reusable.
Standard Stencils:
Standard stencil describes any design in our online catalog
that has not been changed from its original design and thickness.
Custom Stencils:
Custom stencil describes any stencil chosen from our online
catalog and requested to change its size or thickness. It also
describes a stencil cut from the customer's original artwork.
And finally, custom stencil describes any stencil created with
our online custom text module.
All customer submitted artwork for a custom stencil should have
breaks included. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure
that the artwork has the appropriate breaks to maintain the design
of the artwork. Breaks ensure that when a stencil is cut, the
inside pieces don't fall out.

art services for $95 per hour. We will gladly take your sketch,
photo, etcetera, and turn it into a beautiful stencil. Visit

a quote. When ordering a custom designed stencil (customer submitted
artwork only) you will receive a proof via fax or email before
production. Please look over your proof carefully and return it
as soon as possible to keep the order process moving.

Delivery Time:
Standard designs will ship within 2-3 business days.
Custom designs will ship within 7-10 business days after artwork
is approved.
Shipping Rates:
• $6.00 flat rate for all United States Postal Service orders.
• UPS orders will vary depending on zip code. Rates will be shown at checkout.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: Add $10.00 to USPS rates.
• International orders: Please call for quote. Canada orders should ship by USPS. We are not responsible for an additional customs fees that may be added onto an order shipped UPS or any other method.
Return Policy:
Any standard, unused, stencil can be returned within 30 days of
the ship date if it is in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot
accept any custom stencils back, this includes any that have been
ordered in a specific size and/or thickness.
Ordering, payments and tracking:
We use a secure shopping cart, so all your private information
is safe during transmission. We accept major credit cards including:
Visa and MasterCard. After submitting payment online, you will
receive a confirmation page. Please print this and keep it for
future reference. Any order shipped via UPS can be tracked. A
shipment confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to
you when your order has been dispatched.
Copyright:
It is solely your responsibility to research any copyright issues
on your submitted artwork. We reserve the right to refuse artwork
if it is recognized as a copyrighted piece. We will never reproduce
your designs for any third party. We do retain a copy for any
of your future orders.
All designs in our online catalog are
the property of Stencil Café and may not be reproduced.
